This 64-bed nursing home is close to the TM Roofing yard. We tiled the roof using Russell Galloway large concrete tiles to suit the style of the building which is modern and simple with gable features.

Due to the location of the Nursing Home to our business, it has become a convenient and distinctive showpiece for the larger tiled roofs.

This new timber framed house was tiled using Ashdowne tiles. We proceeded to felt, batten and tile over a four week period incorporating lead flashings and lead roll top dormer roofs.

The vertical tile hanging now has feature bands and diamond patterns fitted, enhancing the property’s farmhouse style appearance. A great example of modern products!

Strip & Re-Tile Roof, Bentley

This strip and re-tile was requested by the owner after seeing the work we had completed on The Hop Kiln, the house opposite Hill Farm. The property is a lovely example of a Listed Building that required the removal of all the tiles; this included sorting and re-fixing and finally, mixing with other salvage second-hand peg tiles which restored the building to its original beauty.

We also renovated the Barn doors to the loft hatch and renewed the gutter before leaving site.

The roof was re-tiled using the Eternit Ashurst handcrafted clay plain tile and all new fittings. We also replaced the lead work to current LDA Regulations. We had worked for these customers previously in their former home, where we completed a single storey rear extension for them.
