Side extension and alterations

Following our initial visit, we produced the drawings for Planning Permission and Building Regulation applications for both Phase 1 and 2.

 

Phase 1 works included completing the flat roof and vertical cladding conversions, leaving the second hand tiled pitched roof, incorporating new granulated brown vertical tiled panels and associated lead works.

 

Phase 2 works were to complete a single storey extension using second hand tiles for the roof to match the existing roof.  The internal alterations made have certainly increased a much improved living space for the Owners.  With French doors into the rear garden and situated in one of the nicest roads in Fleet, it is a pleasure to re-visit and drive by.
