Extension and Restoration Work

5 Phase  Building Project consisting of extension, structural alterations and landscaping

Phase 1 - Garage Roof and Vertical tiling replaced

Phase 2 - This alteration saw us remove a dated rear conservatory, alter the existing windows and construct

a small rear bay using second hand London stock bricks and new Keymer hand made tiles. Internal works included a new fire place, plastering and altering the existing rooms design and feel.

Phase 3 - A large rear extension was constructed turning the existing kitchen into a stunning modern living environment with diningroom and family room.  The extension was constructed on mini pipes due to the drainage layout.  Second hand London stock bricks and Keymer tiles were used and a high performance inverted flat roof, incorporating roof lantern windows to bring light into the rear of the kitchen and finished off with a green oak rear entrance.

Phase 4 - The opportunity to be involved in this large well thought out landscaping scheme saw us complete brick paths,  Indian sandstone patio, dwarf wall, boxed timber seats, water features and garden lighting to compliment the scheme.  This relaxing garden area is a pleasure for us to re-visit and a credit to the Owner's design.  Her input through all stages of the projects has been outstanding.  This project was a joy to undertake.
