When space is at a premium, a loft conversion provides extra living space for a large bedroom and en suite in the loft area. 

 A second loft conversion was completed in the same road.   

Our design achieved Planning Permission and Regulations and took 8 weeks to complete.

We have now also constructed a third loft conversion next door using natural slates and timber windows to compliment the Victorian character of the property.
