Roof Maintenance Work

This local Fleet renovation project started when the Owner saw our vans and Thomson Local advert.  He contacted us for a quote for some renovation work to  his property.  Following a couple of meetings it was agreed to have the roof de-mossed, some tiles, lead apron and rear extension flashing replaced.  Whislt on site, we replaced a rotten window and completed some re-pointing works in various areas.

The Owner was very happy with our standard of workmanship and we completed a couple more additional days on a pro rata basis, plus materials.  We will now be going back once a year to inspect the property and complete any roofing or building maintenance necessary.

Before starting this job, we secured another job in the same road removing some dis-used solar panels.  We completed this by removing the panels and salvaging some tiles from the rear of the property, leaving the roof so you would never know the panels had been there.
