Trevor Martin - Owner

I began my working career by taking over my sister’s paper round and doing several Saturday jobs, including garden clearance, painting and Saturday shop work.

I started working Saturdays for a local builder, who then employed me full-time when I left school.  I have worked in the building and roofing industry ever since. My phylosophy is based upon my belief in treating clients in the manner to which I would wish to be treated. After spending the first 14 years working as a self employed sub-contractor for local roofing and building companies, I embarked, initially, on starting my own roofing business in 1994.

Chris Newman - Roofing Manager

I started my career in Hooper & Ashby’s roofing office in 1983 and for the next five years learnt how to estimate and run a busy contracting office. During this period, I studied and passed National Federation of Roofing Contractors’ exams in London.

Over the past 20 years I have gained a wealth of roofing experience working for various roofing contractors in the south of England.

I joined TM Roofing in 2004 as Roofing Manager. As a busy roofing company I continue to estimate, oversee contracts and make site visits for contractors and the general public alike. [Read more]

Colin Jenkins - Building Manager

I am Colin Jenkins, Building Manager at TM Building, with 40 years experience in the building industry.

Coming from a joinery and carpentry background, I have a keen eye for detail, finishes and concepts, as well as sound construction knowledge.

I enjoy my work.  I’m still getting a feeling of pride of being able to carry out a job, not only, to a very high standard, but as if I am working in my own home.
